[TechAssist] zeinth 9-1270 module

set came in dead , found cr4412 had bad connection resoldered it set played 
fine , dlelivered back to custome and before i got back to the shop there was a 
message on machine that the picture was to wide , returned to home and found 
that the lx3201 coil was over heated and blew the plastic cap off , , 
questionis " what may have caused that. "replaced coil and set is normal but 
for how long is another question , any ideas what caused it in the first place
