The vert output IC has voltages. So does audio. Tho no picture, I pressed ""input select" on remote repeatedly while holding a probe at the audio in jack. I now can get a hum touching thoseaudio in L/R inputs, so audio power circuitry is funcional. The manual shows IC601 (TB1253N/BZ611064) as "IF/Chroma" and has Hout, Vout, Audio out, etc, so it must be the jungle chip. IC101 MICON (OEC8073A) does have Hsync,Vsync, etc, and has the EEPROM" IC199" (BZ310377) attached to it. I know RCA's will get a corrupt eeprom and lose unrelated functions like sound, vertical, etc. My bet is either eeprom, or jungle IC601. Anyone with Toshiba experience on these wager a bet? C'mon!
