Have you replaced coupling capacitor usually located near the IC that supplies the vertical pulse . I have had to replace this cap numerous times and varies from .47 mfd to 2.2 mfd in the various chassis Once or twice I have experimented with different values of this cap This cap has always been designated as C 301 Value of this capacitor has quite an effect on the vert. height.
