toshiba proj tn55x81 vert rolls

this set has what appears to be vertical rolling..looks like if it had a
vert hold control, a slight turn would sync it in..the menu and channel
do not roll they are stable. i replaced the stk392-110 converge ic's as
a guess,no change, anyone seen this before ?
