[TechAssist] Re: subscription

Neither list is open to the public. Just the archives of the "A" list 
were searchable through google. The majority vote was to close that so 
that no one can find archived (old) techassist emails and tips through 
google anymore. Repair@circuitwork archives have never been searchable 
by google or any search engine.
