[TechAssist] sonykv32fv1 dead

I have this sony kv32fv1in shop ,customer said went out after storm, only
thing I have found so far is that r607 is open,ic601 which appears to be
just 2 bi polars in one package is shorted, before I order this transistor
is there anything else I should replace or check, fuse was not  blown, any
help wouldd be greatly appreciated.
