Check your picture tube. Could be a weak gun. Sony sets shut down the video if the picture tube is weak. HTH. BTW what does OCP stand for? Anyway, I have a Sony KV-27S66 that was blinking the led 2 times....B+ OCP. After searching I found C641 was loading down the 12v line.... down to 6v. I also found Q601 and Q603 were leaky in the PS section. I replaced those also. The problem is, now with the new cap in place, I have audio but no video and the led just blinks non stop. When you first turn on the tv the relay kicks in and you can hear the HV and the audio comes up but the led just keeps blinking and the picture does not come on. I have checked all the voltages and they are fine except one....TP504, it should be 200v but I have 156 volts. I have spent a lot of time on this and would appreciate a little help so I can move on.... Thanks in advance, Barry Scanlan Engineering Dept.
