Barry mentioned the collector of the HOT should be 1.08k and he had 450 volts. Maybe I'm wrong but I have never seen voltage that high on a HOT. Normal is 120 to 150. PS. Barry say hello to John Watson for me. You may have to check all the resistors/diodes in the base/emitter circuit of Q601/Q603 to get this running. What is the B+ voltage with it running? I think it's supposed to be 120, or 130V. I thought I had good HV but I checked and I only have 12kv. I looked at the h. driver and signal looks good on the base and collector but... the base on Q502 the H. Out transistor it should be 23.4 p to p but I only have 6.9 P-P. Just not sure why... the collector should be 1.08 kv I have 450v. | | Barr Scanlan | Eng. | WEHT | | ---------- Original Message ---------------------------------- | From: "al m" <ampm@xxxxxxx> | Reply-To: techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx | Date: Sun, 13 Jun 2004 21:36:22 -0400 | | >You got a weak CRT.
