Avery, that model is included in a service bulletin from Sony (which I do
not have) that says a few of those and other models have bad crt`s and a few
other parts that have to be changed, serial numbers for your model # are:
9000001 thru 9026103 if your set is a different serial # then your set isn`t
involved. Hopefully some of the Sony
ASC`s can jump in here and verify if this applies to your set, I`m just
mentioning this so you don`t spend hours
on a set for nothing, again this may not apply to your set, Larry E
