[TechAssist] sony kv32fs200 powers up, instant SD, 5 blinks

During the instant before shut down during power up, HV reaches 25KV,
Has +/- 12 and 15v on vert out IC. +200V at CRT OK. Has reg +135B OK.
Already changed with no help:
IC001 micro,IC301 jungle, IC561 vert, IC702 video,and the fly! Removed
tuner as test. Unplugged CRT board as well, also no help.
PLeeeeese help! assisting another shop.
