[TechAssist] sony kpr-46exr15 dead after storm

This kpr-46exr15 came in dead after storm, no relay action, no standby
voltages, only defective part I found on g board was q624 shorted c-e, If
someone has a copy of g board(ps) print they could e-mail or fax me, I would
greatly appreciate it.
