Tibs, do you have horizontal drive on base of HOT ? Those sets have a 
history of bad IC 001 the jungle chip. If you have no drive signal on base 
of hot remove the hot and check for H. drive at pin 50 of IC001 at turn on, 
it will only be there briefly at turn on, Also check Q590, this transistor 
fails often when the HOT has been taken out,  Only other thing I can think 
of would be the 200 v line but you said you have no secondary voltages so 
that probably isn`t an issue, hope you don`t need the IC it`s a pain, Larry
