[TechAssist] Re: sharpe 32" hot shorted

Avery, accourding to the all data sheet 2sd2645 should have worked. I looked 
up the 2sd2646 and they were close or the same. Shows to be a high speep 
switching transistor. The 2sd2648  compared to the 2645 and 2646 was higher 
in wattage 85W. The one you used shows to be 80 watts at 1500. I did not see 
a Nte cross for any.
