Joe, This is the third time, this month, someone had this problem with this type unit. Your problem is most likely on the right side of the cassette housing a little lever that pivots is not positioned correctly. Use your screwdriver and flip it down so the lever from the load assembly would contact it. Also, remove the carriage belt, then plug unit in, this will return load to start position.
