OK Thanks Jeff, it's probably the service manual which I have it's 15.7 meg. I've narrowed it down to the main board, not getting power on signal from micro for +12 volts switch to formatter board which powers up the color wheel. So I'm going with that will post results if customer approves 2nd estimate.
