[TechAssist] Re: sears vcr 580.53446090 no tape load

If this is the one I'm thinking it could be "weak " supply diodes that
feed B+ to the load motor driver IC. You need to locate the driver IC
Vcc pin and back track from there. Should have maybe 12 to 14 or so
volts. Thats how I fixed the last two I had.
