Mike,
Check R818 (140k-1/8w)off pin 2 of IC801 for stress and change in value.  
Suggest replace 
with 1/2w for greater endurance.
Also check R807 and R802..

Samsung TXR3079
set starts to pull in on both sides after 2 hours then vert. collapse and
shuts off. Been working on this for a while. Changed a lot of parts in reg.
circuit. has anyone seen this problem or similar before
