[TechAssist] sampo 13 in model ka-2346

gentlemen i need a little help on this one this is the worst set i have ever 
seen it is filthy with roaches dust and debris b+ is normal have checked 
numerous caps and resistors all within specs. this unit will play fine but when 
trying to adjust volume it will not go up just down. thanks in advance
