Wouldn't it be 2.2 ohms; especially since it is a fusible resistor?

According to the parts list;
R817 = 220607  fusible resistor. (0R82 on schematic)  gnd return for pin
5
of SMPS transformer.
R818 = 220608 fusible resistor  (2K2 on schematic)  "I sense " from
IC801
pin 12 to gnd.
I would guess the first one is 0.82 ohms and the second one 2.2 ohms.
