[TechAssist] rca tv model no. G27304 DT LF2 CTC 177AM2

Hi Techs
When autoprogram all channels shows erased and switches back to air by itself. 
One station is on all the channels, snowy and black and white. 
Underneath the tuner touch with bare-fingers the two coils L7304 & L7306 
pictures comes in perfect. 
resoldered all the coils and under the tuner and whole board still the same 
problem.
Need help on this set.
