[TechAssist] rca p60152 ptk169ptc conv problem

This set is in customer's home(upstairs of course) from what customer
describes conv is off on sides about a third of way in on each side, cust
says crosshatch looks perfect. First of all, this hard to believe but I have
never had a single conv failure in the couple of hundred I have repaired,
secondly I am hesitant about just pulling light box, because I would not be
able to see most conv problems with my setup at shop, any help would be
greatly appreciated.
