[TechAssist] Re: rca ctc203ca5 shutdown problem

Sounds like you may have solder bridge on the board--been there, done 
that!  That would be my first thing to look at.  Problems sound 
unrelated to
original problem. I  found very easy to spill small solder drop somewhere.
