[TechAssist] rca ctc203ca5 shutdown problem

hi guys im working on a rca ctc203ca5 chassis,it came into the shop with 
arcing from the flyback.i replaced both the flyback and h.o.t,but when i 
retested the set it had a raster,sound no video then it went into 
shutdown.also the relay chatters,then it would turn on by itself and shutdown 
again. i would surely appeciate your input on this problem if you guys ran 
into this before.thanks
