[TechAssist] Re: rca ctc197cd

Doesn't anyone read the ERROR CODES on these sets. They are the first 3 
parameters in the service menu. Record the error codes, reset to 0, then 
when set acts up, read the NEW error codes. This MAY give you a clue as to 
where the problem lies. This applies to all late model RCA/GE, direct view 
and ptv sets.
