[TechAssist] phillips tv projection set

I have a ptv835.Original problem was the unit was out of convergence all 3
colors replaced stks and pico fuse now unit comes on but the regulated b plus
is at 75 volts. I took the bd because the tv is a 60 inch projection. Can
anyone tell me what parts go bad in this power supply?any help will be greatly
appreciated
