First, when you send mail to Tech Assist, You need to Place IN THE SUBJECT LINE: Sansui DVD, DV-x2500 - No Video, has sound. Next, Take your Josaphat Ukadike, create a Signature file and add to your Signature File: Your Business name, email address, city, state, Zip. Maybe your business number(s) where you can be reached. Lastly, cleaning the lens won't fix it.
