Is there some significance to this post below?  One, it makes
no sense (do you need a password or need a new one?  If so,
for what?), and two (note the text between the brackets):

7.  Please DO NOT post to the list 'unsubscribe', or 'test'
     messages, >>or emails asking questions about the list<<
     They will do nothing but aggravate members.
     Unsubscribing info is below, >>as well as contact info
     if you are experiencing email problems with the list
     or have questions about the list.<<

So, again, please do NOT post to the list any questions
regarding the operation of the list or questions you may have
about the list or website.  That is what the admin addresses
are for in an ATTEMPT to keep non relevant posts off the
list.
