[TechAssist] ms xbox

Hello,
        I am looking for a tech with xbox experience, as we have one in the 
shop that seems to have a very specific problem; when you push power on, you 
will get no picture and no sound, but you can hear the hard drive getting info 
and the cdrom checks for cd but you cannot open the door, if you push power off 
and then on again then you will get normal start up splash and everything works 
fine, but shut it off and wait a few min, and turn it on and it will do the 
same exact thing, and then sometimes it will start up 3 or 4 times in a row ok, 
then same problem, it's almost like when it starts up some type of bios is not 
loading. I already replaced the a/v cable, same problem. Has anyone seen this 
problem. It's some sort of initializing problem. TIA
