[TechAssist] mitsubishi vs-5004r no red crt

I have a Mitsubishi VS-504R projection set that I have many frustrating
hours in. The red crt does not light. The red crt is ok. I used the green
crt module to test it. I found many bad solder joints in the power supply
board. Caps and diodes check ok. Has anyone seen this problem before. I hope
that someone can help.
