before i get a sams on this unit , her's the problem. at turn on set has
high voltage and then shuts down. i disconnected hot and connected light
bulb and regulator runs at 130v seems ok. did anyone have this problem
before because i don't want to get into another high voltage problem where
you get into the timing and everything.thanks
