You'll find that C7001 on the Pip board to cause all sorts of Video problems
from No picture, has sound. to Red/Blue Splotches, to Vertical Bounce. I've
seen a gajillion different symptoms and really only one failure-C7001. It's
a good bet to start at this part, replacing it no matter what the symptoms
are.
