[TechAssist] magnavox 27MS343S dead

no schematic .set uses STR Ff6656  in the smps . the secondary  voltages come 
up to less than half of what they should be, then go down to 1/4  of that 
after a second. no hv ever cahecked all the usual suspects including  Q803 in 
the 
secondary. need ideas.
