[TA-A] kv-s7exr15 & strs6301 again

Hello again,
Replaced the STRS6301 with an 'A' version and also replaced D623 as this
Sony had the same symptoms as when it failed two years ago. When powered on
it gave the degaussing surge (which dims the lights momentarily) and I
thought it was coming on but after a while I knew otherwise. Next time I
clicked the switch there was no longer the power on surge. Any suggestions?
My troubleshooting equipment is limited to a DMM.

I suspected it might be a little more involved this time as it failed while
playing and not a power up as before.
