[TechAssist] hitachi projection 46UX21KA convergence problem

hi, we're having a problem with the digital convergence on this unit (hitachi 
projection 46UX21KA).....when you press the "magic focus" button, the 
convergence crosshairs do come up and act as if it will start to do the 
converging.....but, after 3 seconds it will flash red crosshairs then go back 
to the original white convergence crosshairs.....this process will repeat 
itself every 3-5 seconds.....when i exit the system the convergence is still 
off.....are all signs pointing to the digital convergence module?
