[TechAssist] help with toshiba cf27h50

I need some help with a toshiba tv. It came in with distored picture and
vertical and no audio. I repaired the bad video and audio by replacing c449
off the 12volt supply still no audio. The voltages to the audio out are all
correct. I can't seem to trace how the audio gets to the stereo decoder any
help would be appreciated.\
