[TechAssist] help rca169at2 ps loading

 rca169at2 came in shorted q4401 output transistor, 
replace transistor checked output with tva92 192ma. 
lifted collector leadload ok,figured ac loading. unloded 
secondary flyback, same problem, removed flyback, rang 
20 rings, hipot 1kvok, primary to secondary ok. lifted 
damper and pin diodes, lc103 checked timing caps,removed 
yoke leadc, took off crt board and anode. when i removed 
q4401load ok.when i opened pin11 on flyback to q4401 
collector load ok. could this be insmps i thought it was 
in h. output? any help appreciated.
