[TechAssist] fix Mitsubishi CS-2720R low brightness, sides pulledin, C960,C957bad

The final fix is the regulator STRD3030, besides the two bulged caps ,
C960
(10mfd/160V)
C957 (47mfd/200V)
These were connected to this IC, so the caps damaged the reg IC.
Replacement of STRD3030 restored the operation.Thanks, all.
