[TechAssist] Re: dick smith lopt/fbt ringer

Dont have the Dick Smith, but my various Sencore ringers usually indicate
zero or maybe 1 on the small winding, but give readings of 20 to 30 on the
main windings of good units. Dont know what I would read on a bad one as I
have never had a bad one that was not obvious without ringing.
