First of all you are not on our database
we do not enter costumers on our database unless they order from us
Would you enter a costumer if they don't bring anything in for repair?
I do respect the fact that other fine distributors close to your state

I believe that we already are in his database.  I have no problem with him 
as a distributor.  We don't use him becuse we have other options closer, but 
would if we found he had what we needed and was competitive.  My point is 
that when I see a price that is not competitive, I probably won't look 
twice, and I am sure most others would do the same.  Larry's question was 
very reasonable.  Why offer to sell at retail on a list populated only by 
legitimate shops?

Leonard, Bill is on of the best transistor and IC distributors I have ever
dealt with and I think in his last e-mail to you he was just saying you were
not on his list of dealers. It is simple to get dealer prices from him all
you have to do is set up an account but really he is a great guy to deal
with and extremely helpful, just my 2 cents I am really not trying to offend
anyone.
