R4125, 100 ohm, 1/2 watt, RCA 176796.
 
I have no record in my database involving that resistor, but I would
change C4102, C4104, C4108, C4118, and CR4118.  This is just a standard
rebuild when the 169 power supply is a problem.  I would suspect that the
supply voltage ran too high in the standby condition.

Chopper shorts.  Replace chopper and regulator ICs, fails soon after
 
When Q4101 (chopper) fails it takes U4101 with it.  Also replace C4108
(208002), C4102 (195691) and CR4122 (200158)
