Robert, I don`t have a "PF" chassis listed in my SM parts list but most of
them
are 100 Ohm 1/2 watt, (R4125), I don`t follow your troubleshooting
procedure, C4311 and C4145 were both bad? If C4145 was bad then
CR4118 should be replaced DO NOT check, it will read good but fail
under load, your problems are probably switch mode not secondary,
did you check the HOT for c-e short? If not check it.
I would start by replacing C4102, C4104, C4108, C4102
almost allways has high esr and will cause a dead set, check Q4101`s
emitter resistor R4110, and zener cr4122, once you have changed
these parts plug in set but don`t turn set on, check your standby voltages
165 volts on C of Q4101, 143 on cathode of CR4116, U4101 pin 16
must have approx. 10.5 volts and not be varying at all, if jumping around
from 7 to 8 to 9 volts constantly you still have bad parts, try this and
repost with
your standby voltages, good luck, Larry E
