[TechAssist] Re: ctc169 projo tv set fix

this was a weird one after 30 min it would shut off the tubes I increased 
the screen control and found vert line found loose connection pin 2 of vert 
Ic ring crack not very noticeable. Thanks to all, John Myers,Bob Waterman, 
Jeff Dougherty and everybody else who put me in the right track
