[TechAssist] Re: ctc 203ax 27" RCA

Gregory, I don't know if this will help with all the strange audio problems 
lately.
Check the DC voltage on pin 49 of U12101 for appr. 3.4 volts. You are 
measuring the voltage on the FM tune pin of the FM Detector circuit. If the 
citcuit isn't working properly the DC voltage will measure High. Often in 
the range of 7 volts. If so look for an open c12309 (1000) p/n 197600. 
Located just off pin 3 of L 12303. Next check cr12301 P/n 227051 located 
just off pin 1 of L12303. Or better Yet replace both of them if the DC 
voltage is ramping High.
