Bob,
What's your voltage on pin 1 of U4101?  If you're missing the -40v on pin 1
you may need to replace STR730-010.  Have you checked R4104, right next to
the large filter cap, it's common for that to open.  Also check R4702 and
R4517, and the solder connections on T402.  Just for some blind suggestions.
