Ron,

That comment is unkind.  Jeff was only trying to be helpful.  This
business is stressful--more all the time.  I think we sometimes let it
get us down and say things we don't mean, or take things in the wrong
way.  I'm sure you know that Jeff is one of the most frequent helpers on
this forum.  The implication of your comment is (hopefully) not what you
intended.
