Dead, Shutdown, Horizontal Sync ... Various Problems

Telrad Electronics

All Three Problems On Three Different Units Were Caused By High Esr In 
C009 Which Caused Excessive Voltage Output From The Switched Mode Power 
Supply. The Dead Unit Also Had A Shorted Hot. C009 Is A 22uf/50v Located 
Next To The Smps Transformer.
