What would be more helpful would be a guide to orginal #'s; I seriously 
doubt that zentih made any of their own semiconcuctors, probabbly bought 
them as a contract vanity lablel lot or relabled them,

I wondered about that.  I thought I had the wrong prefix when the
transistor I was looking up should have been a video driver transistor
and turned out to be an audio transistor.  Back to the drawing board.

Kevin, 121 is for transistors and 221 is for IC's.
