[TechAssist] Zenith plasma. P42W24BX black stripe

A black stripe appears in pix after 10 min . The line is 1 1/4 " wide and  
solid black and runs all the way through the pix from top to bottom.the line is 
 
near the center of the screen. The picture is good otherwise. Tried freeze 
and  replaced digital PCB.. The board seemed to be heat sensitive but no  go.  
.Need some clues.
