[TechAssist] Zenith model PV4657RK 9-1194-01

Set is dead - replaced  shorted QX3200 horizontal output and shorted QX3407 
and open RX3210 on 9-1194-01 module. Turned on set but destroyed new Zenith 
parts that I replaced in 3 seconds, hi-voltage did try to hit before failure.
