[TechAssist] Zenith VR5416 VCR service info

I need the alignment for upper and lower mechanism. I think I have the mode sw
and lower mechanism right but not sure about the upper. It won't make the
pressure roller tight against the capstan. As a result it doesn't move the
tape. I cleaned the mode sw. It was pretty dirty, but still has the same
problem.
